Example Hybrid SID:
Cleared to Mexico City via BNDIA3 departure, then as filed. Maintain 5000, expect FL340 10mins after departure. Departure frequency 119.0, squawk 3004.
In this example approach controll will then clear the aircraft direct GARDS to join the SID toward BNDIA.
Example vectored SID:
Cleared to Mexico City via Austin 6 departure, radar vectors GARDS, then as filed. Maintain 5000, expect FL340 10mins after departure. Departure frequency 119.0, squawk 3004.
In this example approach controll will then clear the aircraft direct GARDS to join the filed route.
Departures with Flight Following
Example: “Southbound departure approved, maintain VFR at or below 3000 until further advised, squawk 0244. Advise ready to taxi.”
Departures without Flight Following
