KMSY has no SIDs. Instruct aircraft to expect radar vectors to first fix.
Cleared to Austin airport via radar vectors Lafayette V-O-R, then as filed. Maintain 5000, expect FL340 10mins after departure. Departure frequency 125.5, squawk 3004.

Cleared into the New Orleans Class B airspace. Maintain VFR at or below 3000. Squawk 0202

- Require Class B clearance.
Cleared out of the New Orleans Class B airspace to the north. Maintain VFR at or below 3000 until further advised. Departure Frequency 125.5. Squawk 0202

APP is responsible for all airports within the MSY TRACON boundary and controls traffic between surface up to 13000’

- ZHU shall clear aircraft via the published STARs and to descend to 11000’
- ZHU shall hand-off prior reaching boundary.

- MSY shall clear aircraft up to 13000
- MSY shall hand-off to ZHU at 10000
